The day is not brilliant today, so I need something cheerful. Yesterday was good - lunch in Lily's cafe (and Lily herself was there!). It isn't Lent yet but the Lenten lilies are starting to appear already. And there are still snowdrops. They are called "February Fair Maid" in a poem by Tennyson the poet.
