I didn't go out yesterday. I stayed home. And I didn't sleep well. I usually feel better if there is sun in winter. And today is no exception - I walked several miles in sunshine and I do definitely feel better. My brain has made more serotonin. I shall sleep better, I hope. I stretched my legs - I did more than ten thousand steps. There's a buzzard in the sky enjoying itself in the sun as well. We went to the next town by the sea. The beach was lovely. Now I am waiting for moonrise. I'd like to see the eclipse. It's quite cloudy but the clouds are quite orange.
